WHAT IS UCMAS?
UCMAS is a leveled mental math program that is based on teaching students how to solve math problems by a physical abacus at the early stages of their training. At each level, students will also be trained on how to develop the ability to visualize the abacus in order to perform mental calculations. This means that over the course of time, students will not require a physical abacus for their calculations.
BENEFITS OF THIS PROGRAM
1. The UCMAS program is designed to help develop the brain by improving its capacity to:
Develop a photographic memory
Perform complex calculations
Convert images to words, numbers and symbols and the reverse
Ability to process information on an intuitive level
2. By learning to perform mental calculations quickly and accurately, students expand their mental capacity and develop skills such as multi-tasking, time management, memory, concentration and problem solving skills that are crucial to success in academics and in daily life.

COURSE INSTRUCTORS
Our UCMAS course instructors undergo in class and field training provided by our head office. They are also expected to complete examinations every year to ensure that they are capable of providing quality instruction in their classrooms. Our team of UCMAS course instructors also includes former graduates from our center which proves the effectiveness of this program.
